The 2.5‑year Diploma in Halal Industry Management equips students with comprehensive knowledge of halal standards, halal certification processes, supply‑chain traceability, food safety (HACCP), quality assurance and Islamic commercial principles. Through laboratory sessions, audit simulations, industry attachments and case studies, students learn halal audit procedures, product development, regulatory compliance and halal market strategies for domestic and export markets. Graduates are prepared for roles such as halal auditor, quality assurance officer, supply‑chain coordinator, compliance officer or halal product manager, with pathways to advanced study and professional certification in halal assurance.
The Double Diploma (Premium Option)
The premium Double Diploma in Halal Industry (DDHI) option is available by invitation only.
The London‑Oxford Youth Leadership Award (LOYLA) is a mobility programme at the University of Oxford with a mini convocation at the UK Parliament, designed to cultivate leadership and creative thinking.
The return flight (Kuala Lumpur–London–Kuala Lumpur) is covered by the LOYLA Scholarship. An optional Bravo Team package — a three‑night extension in Liverpool and Manchester — is available on request.
The LOYLA Scholarship does not cover accommodation, airport/city transfers (£95 per transfer), the convocation ceremony at the UK Parliament (£490), or UK service charges and taxes (£460 for Alpha / £805 for Bravo).
