Diploma in Property Management

Diploma in Property Management Program in Collaboration With UTM can
produce graduates who are:

  • Demonstrates semi-professional competencies as a result of
    knowledge gained in property management such as property
    valuation, property management, property agencies and
    property development.

  • Solving technical problems in property management and being able
    to work in multidisciplinary groups.

  • Engage in community activities, professional organizations and
    contribute to society.

  • To continue their education to a higher level and self-development
    as semi-professional.

TOTAL SEMESTERS:

6 SEMESTERS

PROGRAM DETAILS

  • Pass SPM / SPMV with at least 3 credits AND pass in Mathematics, OR
    credits Mathematics and pass in Bahasa Melayu.
  • Students are required to take THE FOLLOWING TWO (2) reinforcement
    subjects:

 

  1. Basic Mathematics
  2. Basic Account Principles
  • 3 years

Graduates of this program are eligible to work as:

  • Assessment Executive Helper
  • Property Assistant Manager
  • Real Estate Agent
  • Executive Assistant of Management in Property Development and Research

or

Graduates can also pursue their studies in Bachelor of Property Management and Bachelor of Land Administration and Development or any other property related fields in local or foreign universities..
